Bhagavad Gita is the transcendental dialogue between Lord Sri Krishna and Arjuna spoken at the battlefield of Kurushetra almost 5000 years ago. The Bhagavad Gita is organized in 18 chapters and contains 700 verses.

In its true meaning, the word 'yoga' means 'the process of linking'. It refers to the process of linking ourselves and our activities to the Supreme Lord. Bhagavad Gita answers questions regarding the existence of the body and soul, the material and the spiritual worlds, duties of man and much more. Anyone who reads the Bhagavad Gita daily is assured of spiritual advancement and knowledge.
